South Gippsland Railway trains can be chartered for almost any occasion. Frequently we operate trains for sight seeing groups, weddings, bicycle groups, birthday and Christmas parties and many other functions. We also regularly host Murder Mystery nights. We are able to run a special train to cater for your needs at any time on any day or night. The historic refreshment room at Korumburra Station can also be hired for meetings or parties.

Special trains can be run for groups of up to 200 people. We also provide trains for special interest groups, fundraising events and local community festivals. Whatever your needs, we can most likely help you! As a guide, the running time from Leongatha to Nyora is 65 minutes.

There are many sights along our line that are only accessible by rail. Some of the best scenery in the state, from open plains to deep forest, can be seen from the windows of our train as it makes its way along the line. Don't forget to bring your camera!
